When making your booking please consider the following:
- We are not able to take more than 40 children per booking so you may need to book multiple days.
- The cost of the program is $9.00 per child. From Term 1, 2017 this fee will increase to $12.00 per child.
- The school program is only offered on Tuesday and Thursday.
- In the “Details”section of the booking form please include: your year group for the visit and any special requirements you may have.
- Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you receive contact by museum education staff.
- CANCELLATIONS: Please be aware that if you cancel your booking 4 weeks or less before the day there will be an administration charge of $25.00. Cancellations made 2 weeks or less before the day will incur a charge of $100:00. If you cancel your excursion with less than 48 hours notice then the cancellation fee will be the FULL AMOUNT of your booking.
Please be aware that depending upon weather, volunteer coverage and student numbers, activities are subject to change on the day.
